Founded in 2011, Scruggs Blending & Packaging LLC is located just West of Atlanta, GA, on the I-20 corridor between Atlanta and Birmingham, AL, convenient to numerous freight lanes for the Southeast Region and beyond.
Situated on 8.9 acres, we are a privately owned, state-of-the-art toll blending facility with expertise in an assortment of cement-based and other construction products—including colored masonry, stuccos, levelers, and much more.
With a highly experienced management team, 3 manufacturing lines, and a well-trained staff, we deliver premium quality products and a first class customer experience, keeping a laser-like focus on “the details.”

Production
Using agile scheduling procedures and a penchant for adjusting to emerging needs, our Production Team makes sure all goods are manufactured to exact standards and specifications
--including accurate formulations, production processes, weights, labeling, and palletizing.
Logistics
Whether it is warehousing your products or loading them on your outbound truck, our Logistics Team pays great attention to all the intricate details necessary to manage inbound raw materials, outbound shipments and product inventory for all the finished goods we manufacture.
Technical Services
Quality assurance of inbound raw materials, quality control of finished products, formulation development, testing, and sample production are 5 key areas where our Technical Services Team shines in their efforts to ensure our manufacturing processes turn out only top quality outcomes that meet ASTM and other industry standards.
Customer Service
Our Customer Service Team weaves together the intricate details of Production, Logistics and Technical Services, ensuring our customers have all the strategic and tactical information necessary to conduct their business with confidence. In addition, they troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise to achieve a timely and satisfactory resolution.
